With the implementation of Web 2.0 all over the Web, there are some cool sites out there giving students and others awesome access to textbooks. Take a look:

Chegg (www.chegg.com)

Students can RENT books from this site at costs well below purchase cost. There’s even an option to buy at the end of the rental period. And, if they work with a school, they’ll kick back 10-12 percent of the sales to the institution. How cool is that?!

Campus Book Swap (www.campusbookswap.com)

This is a bulletin board allowing students to buy and sell textbooks. Pretty neat idea!

Flat World Knowledge (www.flatworldknowledge.com)

This site allows instructors to select FREE textbooks written and reviewed by experts. Teachers can mix and match chapters, and even add their OWN content. Cool!
